HELLS KITCHEN AT FOXWOODS
Design: ZDS Architecture and Design Purchasing: Zaino and Associates
The Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen restaurant is a culinary destination within the very center of the Grand Pequot Tower at Foxwood’s Resort Casino. ZDS Architecture and Interior Design Director and Associate Robert Macaruso has drawn from Hell’s Kitchen design philosophy and brand recognition in creation of a unique space, incorporating elements and quality reflective of Foxwoods. Design artistry is pervasive throughout the venue with stunning bespoke lighting, warm neutrals, metals, stone and glass, elevating the atmosphere with an invitation to enter a world of culinary entertainment. Keeping true to Hell’s Kitchen competitive chef’s teams, the red and blue accent color scheme is well represented.

Upon point of entry, Samuelson Furniture was specified to create a dramatic host station where guests are greeted to the opulence of Hell’s Kitchen. While minimal in design, the restaurant décor is captured here with unique metal and stone elegance. Samuelson crafted dramatic mirrors, created to prominently display the symbolic pitchfork logo. To further an immersive dining experience, Samuelson was selected to execute seating designed for upscale comfort in elaborate banquette and booth configurations. Meticulous upholstery detail with channel tufting enhances the warm, intimate spaces created to accommodate nearly 300 guests on various seating levels. These distinctive details help maximize the experience of Hell’s Kitchen theatrical dining demonstrations and events. Samuelson is grateful to participate in creating this balance of sophistication and comfort.
